Ingredients
- 50ml good quality gin (or vodka if you prefer)
- 200ml Sparkling Elderflower Fizz
- A slither of cucumber
Method
1. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
2. Pour in the vodka or gin (half the measurement for a single).
3. Top up with Elderflower Fizz and garnish with the cucumber.
